This is one we always fixed over the holidays.


Ice Box Fruit Cake

1 pound graham crackers
1 pound pecans
1 pound small marshmallows
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 pound red candied cherries
1 pound green candied cherries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice

Crush crackers, add chopped nuts, marshmallows, cherries, and spices.  Pour Eagle Brand milk over and mix well.  Line a large pan with foil and pack mixture in firmly.  Refrigerate at least 2 hours.  Break into pieces or cut into squares.
